All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop.
All our online transactions are processed via Credit Card or PayNow.
The delivery terms clause of the eCommerce Terms and Conditions is also often referred to as the “Shipping Policy” and includes the basic shipping/delivery policy for our online store. A minimum single purchase of $200 is required for all orders for delivery. Self-collection is available at 10, Ubi Crescent, Ubi Techpark (Lobby E) #07-81, S(408564) during operating hours (12pm – 5pm).
Additional delivery charge may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location within CBD, Sentosa Area, etc. Please call us for further information. We shall make every effort to fulfil orders placed by customers through our online store. Speedytron Electronics Pte Ltd shall not be liable to any person if we shall decline to fulfil an order for whatever reason, or if Speedytron Electronics Pte Ltd is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen change to the Products (as the case may be), or because the Products may be unavailable.
All delivery dates are estimates only and Speedytron Electronics Pte Ltd will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused

Cancellation of orders is not accepted after payment is received. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, do give us 2 Full Working Days’ notice in advance of the original delivery date. If there is a quality issue or if you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately.
Any defect in the quality, quantity and condition of the goods should be notified by the Customer to Speedytron Electronics Pte Ltd online store, on receipt of the goods and the delivery should be refused by the Customer. If the Customer does not notify us and accepted the delivery, Speedytron Electronics Pte Ltd online store will not accept liability for such defect and the Customer will be required to pay for the goods in full as if delivered, refund and exchange will not be entertained.
Products return/exchange to be made within 7 days. Refunds and exchange are strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging intact.
